Three Step Training 

Theory

Your team will first evaluate who their customers are, what they want, where they find them, and how to approach the target customer.  

Practice

The team will then practice with roleplays, one-on-one sessions, and with each other. The team will practice their individual sales process and find ways to tweak and perfect the craft.

Apply

Finally, your team will get to implement the sales training and sales process to get more leads, win more sales and hit sales targets.
